I question the sincerity of this
So called community
Are you here because you want to be
Or just for popularity
Just the other day you told me you'd be there
How come then I couldn't find you anywhere
Good intentions falling short
Of empty promises for support
A scene just simply cannot
Be unless there is true unity
Wear the colors, fly the flags
They might as well be shredded rags
When all is summarized in the end
You're just here to impress your friends
I can see right through you
I can see the difference in what you say and do
You only want what you already know
Then you wonder Why there's so few shows
Just the other day you told me you'd be there
How come then I couldn't find you anywhere
Support the scene and make the shows
Is what you say I guess you had
Better things to do that day
